Dr. Carl Stites is wonderfully personable and goes about his work with such ease, efficiency and competence. In and out in 15 mins with no fuss. Staff there are also great and helpful.

I typically get anxious about these types of appointments, especially worrying about high pressure sales tactics or feeling uneducated. I had a mediocre experience at another office and decided to order my eyeglasses after reading reviews from Stites Eye Care. I was helped by a lovely employee ( believe named Jamie?) who helped me find frames. Not only was Jamie patient and kind, but she knew exactly what styles of frames would be the most flattering and even though I was skeptical, she was right every time.
