“I had my roof cleaned in early fall, over the winter there were a few spots David was not happy about when he drove by so he contacted me again and set up a time to come by and re-clean those spots to his standards. I am very happy with the work he has done, my roof looks as good as the day it was installed. My neighbors have even stopped by to comment on the roof and how nice it looks. I was impressed at how particular the owner of Mitten Exteriors is about his work. I would highly recommend Mitten Exteriors. “Smart Roofing Systems did a roof repair for us about four years ago and they were great so when it came time to look at replacing the roof about six weeks ago we wanted to make sure to have them give us a quote. We had three companies come out, all with good reviews. When the quotes came back, we were happy to see that Smart Roofing Systems was so competitive. They were actually close to $20k less than one of the more well known brands in the area. Fast forward to this week. On Monday, they began our the job. We have a large ranch with a three stall attached garage, two stall detached garage and a pool house. I'm writing this review on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and they are just wrapping up. The cost savings and timeliness are fantastic but what really stands out is the quality of the crew. At the end of each day, the they cleaned up everything, not leaving a nail to be found. They are also very polite and respectful, making sure to not work too late into the evening when we were home. Our new roof looks beautiful!! “We had an excellent experience with Weatherhead roofing. They replaced our roof at our old house 13 years ago. At the time, we shopped around and they had the best price. They did a great job on our 100 year old house. I used them a few years later to replace my barn roof. The roof at our current home was in need of replacement so I called them again. Andy the owner came out promptly, and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours. They were scheduling about a month out which worked perfect for us. When the time arrived, his 6 man crew arrived quietly just after 6am, unpacked their gear, and within minutes had guys on the roof working. I had never seen a group of workers work so efficiently. They all had their responsibilities and got right to task. They were a very well oiled machine. They worked hard from before sunrise until nearly sunset, then returned the next day to wrap up. All of my interactions with the crew were positive. They had very few questions for us during the process, but when they did, the exchanges were pleasant and direct. My wife was able to work from home during the job without interruptions, less the expected sounds of the work itself. When the job was completed, they cleaned up everything and left my property as clean as they had found it. My roof is very large with a steep pitch (2 stories) and they also replaced 4 skylights. My wife and I were extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend them.“
