I am a new patient and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The environment is very friendly and I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the door! The knowledgeable staff helped me get the correct prescription for me lenses and helped me choose stylish frames for my everyday glasses and prescription sunglasses.
Dr Swan takes the time to actually talk to you and explain any issues or symptoms related to your eyes. He took the time to show me things in 40 years of eye exams I never new or saw before. The staff was nice and helpful all around a great experience. Would recommend dr. Swan to anyone looking for a eye doctor.
I just wanted to say that Dr. Mark Swan and his team offered outstanding World class customer service. After having to deal with other eye doctors in the area and their horrible health care services, I decided to get my Eyes checked for a 3rd time and I am sure glad I did. Dr. Swan was attentive and listened to what I had to say. He ran me threw the entire process himself to make sure everything was spot on. I did not have to have some tech assistant do 80% of the work and miss something. It really feels good to have a doctor patient relationship that means something especially in a day and age when that seems to be the rarity.
