Rockford Floor Covering was so prompt when it came to repairing pet damaged carpet in our master bedroom. I had done a short term repair with sponges and duct tape to avoid being impaled by carpet tacks, thinking I’d have to live with it for a while. However, Rockford Floor Covering to the rescue within a day of calling. They used extra carpet pieces to repair what was destroyed and it looks better than ever!Thank you so much!

Randy and his team at Rockford Floor Covering were so helpful and friendly throughout the process. He was able to come and do a measurement to provide me an estimate, but encouraged me to come to the showroom to pick out carpets. He walked me through the whole process, let me even get some samples to take into my home (to see how they would work with wall color, lighting, etc) and his team completed it without a hitch! I feel like the price for the ~900 sqft of carpet was extremely fair, especially since we removed and disposed of the carpet ourselves (which saved a few hundred). If I ever need carpet again, I'll definitely plan to use Randy and his team!
