I needed a Flatbed tow recently from Rockford to Detroit, to get my vehicle to a performance shop for an engine replacement. I called and spoke to Krista for a quote and scheduling, and she was extremely helpful in communicating between myself and the driver to set up a day/time-frame.The driver showed up on time, was careful loading and securing my car, and made sure to confirm with me that someone would be at the delivery location to receive/unload it. I couldn't be more thrilled with Nelson's Towing and the fantastic job they did at towing my car from an auto-repair shop back to my house. Their quoted price was thirty bucks LESS than a competitor I had called previously, and both the dispatcher and driver were friendly, personable, and polite. I would absolutely recommend Nelson's Towing here in Rockford to anyone!
