“Schaafsma was great from start to finish. They quoted with a Dave Ramsey feel (heart of a teacher) and I felt very comfortable with the knowledge of the account manager. Then the installers were excellent as well. We had a very complicated system that had been pieced together over the years (and sadly since this was a new house to me, I didn't have any answers for them on how things worked). They spent a lot of time researching the existing system to make sure they got the new one in and working properly...even cleaning up some errors from the previous installs (done by others).
