Genesis Salon is one of the best salons I have ever gone to. Not only did my hair turn out amazing, but everyone who works there is sweet and professional. I went a little over a month ago for a balayage and loved it; there was one little mistake where a tiny amount of bleach got on my shirt, and Genesis Salon offered to pay for my shirt either by cash/ check or a discount towards a service. They took responsibility for the small mistake and fixed it, which shows how much they care about their clients. I have another appointment coming up this Saturday, and I couldn’t be happier!Services: Haircut
Hannah did my hair for the first time a couple of weeks ago and got the look I wanted spot on!! Everyone was really nice and welcoming. If you're worried about a non-inclusive salon look no further because the girls here are amazing and so kind. I've never felt more welcomed as a heavy set woman in a salon. I plan on coming back here from now on!!
I got my eyebrows waxed with Jess for the first time and it was the best wax I have ever gotten! I am so happy with my brows. She was very thorough I did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back!Service: Body waxing
