The owner/repair guy was very professional, courteous and he got the the job done quickly. I called and he came out the same day and diagnosed the AC issue. My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job. He also noticed my refrigerator was taken apart and even offered free advice to help me fix it. Overall it was a great experience and I didn't have to wait two weeks for service like all the other companies I called.Services: Installation

On a hot steamy day this past July 24th I noticed my upstairs AC was just blowing air no cold. I called Switzer and within 20 mins Steve called me back. It was Mid Morning on Saturday and Steve still made sure to make it to my house. He diagnosed the problem on my AC unit explained it to me thoroughly and even walked me through all the steps. I encourage any with any AC/Furnace related problems to call Switzer and feel very comfortably knowing he has been in the business forever and will find the problem fix it and charge you an extremely good rate.
