I originally thought this would be a very nice place to go and continue to get my hair done after. After my first visit I quickly realized the owner Marie was not a decent person nor decent businesswoman whatsoever. She was disrespectful towards me when I showed her nothing but respect. Also her prices online are different from in-store she tries to charge more and that is false advertising. Overall this is not a well run business and shouldn't even still be in business. I recommend nobody waste their time or money at this location.

Great customer service , excellent hair cut cooler .I had a lot of compliments on my new look for holidays 2018 five stars.. my nails look babuless. And the Shellac lasted 3 weeks. Love Marie,'s salon and spa of Rochester.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I got my acrylics done here, it took an hour and a half to complete and my nails were all different shapes and sizes. Less than a week later three nails have broken in half and two completely fell off. I paid almost twice the amount I get charged other places and they didn't last a week. They fell off while I was doing laundry and vacuuming and just doing everyday things. I went back in to show Marie and ask for a refund and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault and only refunded me a small portion of my money. Very disappointing.
