“Called Briarwood after hours when our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. Unfortunately their schedule was booked but Steven did everything he could to walk me through the troubleshooting and possible repair. He then came by today to provide a temporary fix while we wait for a new furnace to be installed. Steven made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and was great to work with. This is our 3rd GREAT experience with Briarwood and we will be customers for life!!! STRONGLY recommend!!!“

“Gume from R&R, came out to our house several times to make sure the sizing and systems was matched up for a heat pump installment . Unfortunately, my husband went with another HVAC business that has a very good reputation in the area, because it was cheaper. Let me tell you, they may know how to install a heat pump but they really don't know how they work and even understand why some of us in the north are going with a heat pump. The thermostat was not set right and when we got into cooler weather, it wasn't working like it was intended. The tech that came out was super nice but had to call his manager to know how to set it and it still wasn't right. We had to figure it out ourselves and still don't know it we have it set right or even if they put the right size system in for our house. Don't try to save money and in the end not have the right product. Use R&R because they know what they are doing and understand the new technology. They are the best.“

He also agreed to climb on the roof to properly fix the vent, and he was able to remove the grill that was full of lint and was blocking the air from the dryer.
