Dave and Jim are very responsive. The Brookview team walked us through the entire buying and inspection process. Dave is very experienced and was able to answer many of our questions as well as assisting us with quality contacts to make last minute repairs on the home we were selling. When buyer of our home had an inexperienced realtor that caused unnecessary panic at the closing, Dave helped to deescalate and bring clarity situation. David Elya was an amazing Real Estate Agent. We were stationed overseas at the time of offers being put in for homes. He when above and beyond to communicate with us despite the 6 hour time difference. He did walk throughs on video for us and we couldn't have had a better person help us navigate the complexities of being a home let alone buying one while living overseas.
