I have been a customer for almost ten years now and I truly look forward to my weekly appointments. I feel like Norm walking into Cheers every weekend. Through the change in ownership and the pandemic, the staff, especially Alicia, Fadia, and Mike are phenomenal people. Alicia is the best barber I have ever had. I have not had a cut from Mike or Fadia, but I witness their work and expertise each week. They are exceptional, and I highly recommend Alicia, Mike, and Fadia. If you have no sense of humor. you might not want to book Fadia, because she is a riot. I do have one complaint. Fadia has cut my hair and cared for my facial hair for years. She has helped me look respectable for my father's funeral, my brother's wedding, professional presentations, and more. She happily accommodates my changing schedule. I highly reccomend her services.

Overall, the entire shop has become like an extended family. From Cierra at the front desk to the manager, Alicia, everyone is courteous and genuinely friendly.

Every visit is a like a mini vacation for my hair, always leave looking better than when I arrived.

Fadia’s sense of humor is just as sharp as her scissors. 5+ stars, have referred my friends and family.
