Very impressed with Serv Pro. They are knowledgeable and their process is streamlined. We dealt mostly with Frank who was kind and compassionate about our situation. However, all the Serv Pro crew were courteous and respectful to our home and to us. They showed up in a timely manner and explained the entire process to us. We found some mold in the corner of one of our rooms after a couple days of rain. Kyle from ServPro Rochester came out the next day and was able to help us. He was very kind and helpful in getting the situation resolved. In addition provided us with some great knowledge on how to handle things like this if they pop up again. If we ever have more water damage in the future we’ll definitely be using ServPro Rochester againService: Mold inspection
