Very friendly and experienced veterinary doctors and staff. They take excellent care of my dog and cat and send me updates and reminders so I don't forget anything. They are more interactive than my own doctors. Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rochester Veterinary Hospital. From the Licensed Veterinary Technicians to the assistants and CSR's, every single staff member is compassionate, professional, and incredibly dedicated. Every doctor we’ve seen, Dr. Totin, Dr. Lindhurst, and Dr. Weber, is exceptional. They take such thoughtful and thorough care of my elderly German Shepherd and always make sure I understand his treatment plan.
Their attention to detail and genuine concern for his wellbeing gives me complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t trust any other veterinary office with his care. We are so grateful for the entire RVH team!
I recently adopted a 4 month old kitten, and this was my first experience at a vet. The staff was truly exceptional from start to finish, and the appointment was also quite short - but through! I’ll definitely continue to come here, especially since I’ve heard not all vets are this good. Thanks again!
