Dewayne did an AMAZING job with my faucet, garbage disposal, and drain install for my kitchen remodel. He was prompt, incredibly professional, and polite. I had purchased a unique sink and he took the time to figure out how the odd drain stopper works so he could explain to me how to use it. A great experience from beginning to end. Putman does a great job. We and now our extended family has used them for over 30 years. They are very professional and tidy and into their third generation as a plumbing family owned business. You can tell how good they are because they are always busy. Tony did an especially outstanding job. He is the gold standard every plumber should try to work towards.
We needed to have backflow testing conducted and I was concerned about timing as I had waited until Sept and it was due by end of month. I called on Tuesday Sept 2, and they were able to add me to the list for the next day.
Dewayne came out and was incredibly prompt, efficient, and charming. He completed the testing and advised he would submit to the city the next day (we passed). Delightful representative of your company, we would be happy to work with him again any time!
I wish testing as a little cheaper, as it is not something we opt to do, but something we must do - and $95 is a little steep for such a short bit of time spent. But they gotta pay their...read full review
