Seth is a PT prodigy in my opinion, and I think we're very lucky to have him and his team in the area. They are passionate about the field and stay up to date on the latest research. The key is that they focus on your individual case instead of using a kitchen sink approach for everyone, so the recommended exercises are tailored to your issue. I cannot say enough good things about Limitless, physical therapy and Dr. Matt Z. My daughter went there because of pain from a fall. Dr. Matt was committed to getting her back to doing gymnastics and the activities she loved pain free. He was knowledgeable and thorough. My daughter actually looked forward to going to her appointments. I hope we are injury free going forward but I know, we have a great place to go if needed in the future.

I’ve been practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu for 2 years now and recently pinched a nerve in my neck three months back. I pushed through but had to take action when I could not sit at my desk job for more than a hour without experiencing a considerable amount of pain as well as a pain/throbbing radiating to my shoulder and down my arm.Limitless PT was recommended to me by our head instructor at our dojo.I walked away from my first PT session with very precise instructions / exercises on how to alleviate the pain so I can go about my daily life.By my third session, the daily pain had subsided and we started to shift focus on mobility and building strength.Looking back on...read full review
