READ ALLMy appointment @ Rochester Hills location happened to be @ the peak of our snow squal on February 15th. No matter which way I drove from I had hills and curves to contend with, Needless to say , it was a slow drive which I did not allow extra time for which was making me late for my appointment ,when I receive a call Asking not if I was going to make my appointment, But r u alright.That's what I call customer care.
The staff in the store were friendly. They constantly acknowledged us that they will get with us as soon as the customers ahead of us were taken care of. This made us feel that the staff cared about our time and truly wanted to service us with their best efforts. Will visit the store again next year and absolutely loved the experience.
Great service. I have taken the whole family there to get glasses. Each visit was a joy. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. The optometrist spend the time to answer all of my questions without rushing.Glass options are many, and prices are great.
