We had a faucet fail, which resulted in water damage to our first floor oak floor and basement below. Our insurance company, USAA (who were great), sent over Kelly Construction after the remediation crew removed the basement drywall, insulation and carpet padding and placed blowers and heaters to remove moisture. Kelly handled the wood floor repair and refinishing, new drywall, painting, and carpet repair. Kelly was responsive, professional, accommodating and they did quality work. They did a great job, and they were easy to work with. While much of their business is insurance work, they also do straight contract work for paying customers. I would use them in the future and recommend them heartily.
