I called Gary in the morning to let him know our AC unit went out and he said he could be there at noon. When he arrived he was super professional explained everything in detail to us on what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend him to anyone that has heating and cooling issues.
My AC went out yesterday late afternoon. Gary was out first thing this morning (on an holiday weekend) and had it back up and running in no time.
Ferrara Heating and Air Conditioning is the only company I will call for heat and A/C repairs. Our furnace wasn’t heating in the dead of winter shortly after we moved in to our house around 2016. Gary was at a job across town and said he might not be able to be to my house until later around 9:00pm or so. With overnight temps in the single digits and an infant in the house, I told him that was fine as waiting till morning was not an option. Quick and exceptional service! Suffered all night with no AC, called in the am and Gary was here before noon. Now napping comfortably!
