“Michelle is the sweetest, most caring receptionist! I called frantic this morning for an appointment (sudden, drastic changes in a mole) and she got me in today. Long story short, I was going to have to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting on for 4+ months. I called to another Pinnacle near me (I moved, this location is now an hour and fifteen minutes from me, but I was going to make the drive due to my panic, lol!) I ended up getting in out near me, and I am now able to keep both appointments. When I called back to cancel at this location, Michelle said “I’m so happy it worked out for you, the most important thing is getting this looked at!” It was obvious she genuinely cared. I am someone who gets so nervous and feels horrible for canceling appointments, etc., but she reminded me what is important, getting this looked at. Michelle, you made me feel so much better and less stressed, thank you for being so incredible and KIND!“

“Dr. Ramos is one of the most compassionate people I know. Her interaction between between patients & her staff is incredible. Approximately 21 years ago, she put me on accutane, used it for 6 months, had clear skin for more than 4 years. When she found out I couldn’t afford it, she even had the company give me free samples. Today I had a skin infection, again I see a immediate improvement (next day) after her diagnosis & treatment. All other Dermatologist I have seen didn’t have the same results. I believe she understands the embarrassment her patients endure with unsightly blemishes (especially on the face), and address the issue quickly, instead of many return visits to the Doctor with poor results. “I've been coming here for about 5 years since my fiance recommended them. He had a large mole removed when I said I didn't "love" it when we first met. You could pull on it! Which I did! This place is phenomenal and I've only used them for dermatology reasons, specifically eczema and acne. I get cystic acne, just one every few months and it will need to be injected with steroids or it was be huge and I'll have to hide in my house for a week. They get me in within 24 hours every single time. I've had to wait longer for those appointments which is very expected if they get you in 2 hours after you call. Anyone that complains about waiting at a doctor's office is a brat. Sorry. There's other people with more serious issues and we don't know what's going on back there. I've never had any scars from any steroid injections which is rare as it can cause scaring. They've done a perfect job every time! They've even popped them for me! I plan to go in for a chemical peel or laser soon as I need it so bad! I'll be calling soon!“

“I have seen a different dermatologist for about a year, she gave me different treatments none of them worked because she missed the diagnoses, she keep treating me for foot fungus even when she didn’t see any result actually my foot got worse every time she sees me,In the other hand doctor George Malik made my suffer end, after first visit my foot started to heal its still in process but there is much difference from what it was before.“

“Dr. Murakawa is an exceptional surgeon. I came to him because I had skin cancer in the middle of my face, right next to my nose and above my lip. I had nightmares thinking of how my face would look after the skin cancer was removed. The dermatologist I had been seeing just said we’ll do the surgery and then I’ll send you to a plastic surgeon. Instead Dr. Murakawa did the surgery and no plastic surgery will be necessary. If it were possible to give them a 10, I would. The entire staff from the receptionists to the nurses were exceptionally friendly. My appointments were on time. Make sure to read thru all the reviews because Dr. Murakawa gets all 5 stars. Only thing bringing down his rating are comments that are years old regarding office and billing staff.“
