10/10 would recommend! I’ve been seen by Will regularly and Tracy occasionally, and they both are wonderful! Will diligently worked to pinpoint my problem areas and came up with a course of action to remediate them. The therapy and following strength exercises have made such a huge difference in my running. The team is responsive, caring, and intelligent. It’s been a very long time since I’ve felt comfortable and confident in a PT setting. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who needs PT, especially my runner friends of all shapes and at all levels.
Quick shout out and appreciation for CVSM and specifically Nick Goettel! Lifelong runner over here and when I just could not get over a calf injury I finally took the advice from a friend to go to CVSM. I had the pleasure of working with Nick! I walked in the first day not able to run farther than a ½ mile without pain. Nick’s first question was, “what’s the goal?” From there he tailored every session to how I was feeling. I have fully recovered and assumed my normal running. Nick listened and truly cared. I hope to not return anytime soon :) , but if I do get injured, I will not hesitate to reach back out to Nick. Great service!. The staff there is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained every detail of what needed to be addressed to not just heal but to make sure it don’t happen again. They got my me back running!
