Honestly, very accommodating. I needed a carpet cleaning for someone who was super allergic to cats moving into an apartment. Then at the last second the apartment complex ripped out and replaced the carpets and they were generous enough to let me cancel. However, the complex does require yearly professional cleaning. Due to the excellent customer service I hope I can work with this company again when the time for the mandatory cleaning comes. Thanks!
I had my Carpet cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Excellence, Susan was very professional, confidant, and accomplished what she said she would do.My carpet was on a death spiral, I honestly didn’t think there were any hopeAt all it could be cleaned. But not only was it cleaned it looked like a new carpet. Well beyond my expectations. She was on time and efficient and quick, Because my time is very important to me.
