I have used many carpet cleaning services over the years but absolutely none can compare to the outstanding quality and personal service that Susan and Carpet Cleaning Excellence provide! I have pets and high traffic areas - carpets are like new when Susan is finished. She is extremely personable and professional with a genuine desire to meet the needs of her clients. Wonderful ....this is how my carpets look and feel after they were cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Excellence. Susan is so friendly and I enjoyed talking with her when she came to my house. Then she did an excellent job and so quick when I got home from doing a few errands she was sitting in the drive and was all finished ! Great company and if I could I would leave 10 stars, My carpets have some spring in them now and they just feel so clean. Thank you Susan. See you next time. Susan Cusick
