Called Briarwood after hours when our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. Unfortunately their schedule was booked but Steven did everything he could to walk me through the troubleshooting and possible repair. He then came by today to provide a temporary fix while we wait for a new furnace to be installed. Steven made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and was great to work with. This is our 3rd GREAT experience with Briarwood and we will be customers for life!!! STRONGLY recommend!!!

You can trust this company! Another company said I would need to buy a whole new air conditioning system (almost $6,000) and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I called Briarwood for a second opinion and they came out the next day. After a quick diagnosis they had it up and running within minutes after fixing a minor wire issue!

First time using Briarwood for maintenance on my boiler furnace. Communication about appointment and technician arrival was great. Steven arrived as anticipated and was professional and friendly to deal with. My first impression leaves me to believe I have found my “go to” heating and cooling business. Thanks for the nice experience.
