I called them a day after my previous company was scheduled to come out. After a 2 week wait my previous company went to wrong house then left. They had my address and went to wrong house after using them for 4 years. Anyways I called Best Irrigation and they came out in one day. The technician was super professional, new what he was doing. I couldn't be more happy and will use them in the future.

The team at Best Irrigation was able to help us get some lines repaired that were cut during some utility work. We've used them for the annual start up and turn off, and their pricing was fair for the repair work when I needed it this time.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

They increased their prices this year by 50% for sprinkler "startup and shutdown". The cost of everything is going up, but I feel that was an exceptionally large increase. HOWEVER, they have some great employees that provide exceptional customer service. Nicole, who answers the phone and handles the scheduling, is awesome. She is very professional and accommodating. Always a pleasure to speak to her on the phone. Billy, one of the field reps performing the work, is a ROCKSTAR. Super upbeat and hard working. Very impressed with his work ethic. These 2 employees are the reason I stuck with Best Irrigation after the price increases.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
