I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now and have always had an excellent experience. From placing online orders to receiving shipping confirmations (and very quick shipping I might add!) this company has been top notch! I will continue to support this business as long as I am in business!

I love this place! Their products are wonderful, especially their whipped body butter. Sandalwood is one of my favorite! The scent is so light and refreshing, all of my friends always want to know what I'm wearing. I feel so smooth, especially in the winter months. . I think I have tried just about all of their products, never disappointed. The customer service is on spot, my order is always received when promised. I would highly recommend these products, you won't be disappointed!

I have been using Bath and Body Labs for years. Their product is of the highest quality and their customer service has always been exceptional. Twice we have received product where the packaging was destroyed by the shipping company. They sent a new one out immediately, and took care of the shipping company themselves instead of me having to file a claim. They have always been responsive when we have questions, and orders are shipped within 3 days. They have had a pretty rough time with the restrictions imposed on their area during Covid, but have always apologized and explained the situation. They are doing the best they can during these unprecedented times, and I appreciate how hard they are working to get orders shipped. I have had several interactions with Robert, the CEO and have always found him to be receptive of any issue (because no company is perfect) ,and worked immediately to resolve my issue, send out replacements, etc. Knowing that small spas are counting on him so they can conduct business, he does everything he can to make sure business owners are taken care of. I highly recommend Bath and Body Lab products. We use it as our in house spa line and retail product as well. Customer love it!
