After I moved to Rochester Hills, I was looking for a local company to service my AC. I called A & S Unlimited Heating & Cooling and got a quick response. They came, cleaned, tuned my AC before summer, and returned to clean and tune my furnace before the winter.Both times, they did a great job and took their time to check that the AC and furnace were working correctly.

A&S is a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable company. Dwayne, the owner, has helped me over the phone and definitely knows heating and cooling. He was a tremendous help when a tree company dropped a tree on my A/C unit, requiring complete replacement. I have complete confidence in A&S diagnosing and repairing any heating and cooling problems I have.Services: Heating system maintenance

Dwayne is awesome! He came out the same day and did what needed to be done. Kept in touch about parts and really helped me out by not doing unnecessary repairs. He also helped me out by phone when my Nest thermostat decided to quit. Highly recommended!!!
