I was looking for a hot yoga for a long time, but it was difficult to find a good one. I'm so happy that I finally found a great hot yoga studio.The teachers are very kind, cheerful, and friendly. They remember my name and teach me the yoga poses with care. I'm so happy about this.I take my husband, who doesn't exercise much, to the free class at 4pm on Saturdays.I sometimes have to leave Michigan, so I hope my husband will continue to take the free Saturday class for his physical and mental health. Unlike a normal sauna, you are doing yoga poses in a warm and humid room, so you can sweat a lot like a waterfall. Yoga poses are with slow movements, so I feel calm and cleansed not only my body but also my soul. There are classes free on Saturdays from 4pm, so I go every week. It feels so good. Highly recommended for everyone. At otherYoga and Pilates places, no one talks to me other than saying hello, because I'm shy and don't really begin the conversation from myself, but Jeff and Tara and their daughter are very friendly and always talks to me, and even remembers my name. As a beginner Deanna was so helpful, the way she instructs the class is enjoyable and fun. I learned alot. Yes it is hot and I thought my glasses were gonna melt ? I suggest wearing contacts if u have the option. The studio is huge, loved the space and also they have showers and plenty of room to relax before or after class. I highly recommend for beginners that need some guidance ?
