I can’t say enough good things about Macomb Tech Experts in Richmond, Michigan. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a tech company that truly takes the time to listen to your problem instead of rushing you through a generic solution, but that’s exactly what they did.

A huge thanks and so much appreciation for the owner Joe. He was so hospitable, kind and patient. They close at 7:00 pm and we walked in at 6:40 with a phone crisis. We left way after closing time. He gave us all the options and we left very happy. If you see this Joe, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made a stressed out mama and daughter very happy and relieved. We owe you so much
My phone had dreaded black screen. Two Verizon stores told me it was toast and wanted to sell me a new phone and plan. Swung in here for a 3rd opinion, and he had it on and working in 5 MINUTES!!!! Highly recommend you come here FIRST! Thank you!
