Had many estimates from other companies that were outrageous for a small cottage roof. Some companies even said they wouldn't do it. R FACTOR DID A GREAT JOB FOR WAY LESS $$$. And they worked with my time schedule as I don't live there.Thank you.

Couldn’t be more happy about Ted and Tricia taking the business over from the previous owner. Night and day difference! They were very professional completing my log cabin project in Grayling and as a home builder downstate, I can appreciate responsive trades.
