The facility is very nice and clean, and I have had an excellent experience with the people who work on my teeth. However, I have billing issues almost every time I go. I received a call before my appointment and asked if I would need to pay anything and was told no. Upon going to checkout after the appt, I was told I hold a balance. Christine was combative and would not listen to what I was saying and also let her k ow I had another issues last time in office about a billing issue. She tried blaming my insurance, yet the insurance company was the one who straightened it out because the billed the wrong insurer. I had a crown done and it was a very smooth and quick appt. I am excited and pleased that my Family and I switch dentist and are coming there to WestWind.

I love the staff at West Wind Dental. Drew is the best and offers state of the art dental treatments. I had a crown from start to completion 2 hours and no return visits needed. Top notch care!!
