The facility is very nice and clean, and I have had an excellent experience with the people who work on my teeth. However, I have billing issues almost every time I go. I received a call before my appointment and asked if I would need to pay anything and was told no. Upon going to checkout after the appt, I was told I hold a balance. Christine was combative and would not listen to what I was saying and also let her k ow I had another issues last time in office about a billing issue. She tried blaming my insurance, yet the insurance company was the one who straightened it out because the billed the wrong insurer. She lacks communication skills and it’s sad to have such issues when I am pleased with everything else. The other lady working beside her is much more friendly and actually listened to me. They need to be more upfront and should have discussed this while on the phone with me. In my opinion this office is questionable with billing as it a problem Every time. Not for just me as other family members have told me the same thing has happened to them. I appreciate the care they do for my teeth but hope they work on the lack of customer service and billing skills.
I had somewhat of an emergency yesterday (chipped tooth) and they got me in right away. Aging isn’t so fun! :/ Dr. Smith put in a composite and I was in and out within an hour. And OMG the new office is gorgeous to say the least. Thankyou WWD for another positive experience. I love you guys.
People that know me, know I don't do much for myself. Today I treated myself! I had my teeth professionally whitened at West Wind Dental. The staff was friendly and very helpful to any questions I had. I left after my appointment with beautiful white teeth. I was very happy and smiled all day!!! ❤
