Very nice people. The manager even showed up at the end to check things out.
I guess, though, I'm not sure which rooms have been deep cleaned and which are due next visit. There was dust on top of the refrigerator. Window sills dusty.
All in all, a good experience for the first cleaning.
I am so incredibly happy with Jordan and Naviha and the work they accomplished today!! I think it took a bit longer than anyone anticipated haha. I am so very thankful for what they’ve done for me. I feel much lighter in my worries knowing my house is spotless! I am very impressed with Jordan and Naviha and The Cleaning Authority!

So far - great! Management was very patient with me during the sign up period where I decided how to tailor services. Very flexible and pro. First whole house cleaning was excellent.
