I used to work there, but I was fired for damaging a car, despite the fact the car suffered no damage. That however wasn't the worst part. Nor was the fact that we weren't allowed to wear the company shorts in the blazing heat. Not even the extreme hours was the worst part. The worst part was the fact that they banned me from going to LMC. Because of that, I can't see shows anymore, I can't visit my friends, I can't even pick up my stuff that was left there. If you're thinking about working there, don't.

Worst place I have ever worked. The branch manager Tyler Brandenburg has to be one of the worst people working there. He and the account manager Ryan Kyle are a joke and don't care about their employees and are highly disrespectful. I worked there for a year and learned all positions and wasn't given the opportunity to advance. They would rather hire outside the company to fill the higher areas. They also are verbally abusive on the job. I am glad I left and don't recommend anyone apply here.

Customer service is extremely rude and the people who answer the phones when an alarm goes off are very unprofessional and unreliable. Alarm codes seem to always have a 30%+ failure rate to disarm.Use a different alarm company. Thier equipment and customer service is a waste of time.
