I was so impressed with the updated technology they had and the doctor on the computer. Of course, with no insurance, you will pay a little more, but I get it. You like what you like and things you need, as far as bi focal and transition lens you need. I'm OK with it. Because I needed it for sure.
My daughter had a great appointment here. The technology they used was amazing and we got to see inside of her eye. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I want to give a shoutout to Lisa for going the extra mile with her help with glasses and pricing. We had fun!
Jason was working in the Gull Road store today and we are SO grateful he was there! We had some issues with our new glasses and Jason went above and beyond to resolve our problems. We left completely happy and we will be going to the Portage store from now on since that is where Jason usually works! We feel he is a huge asset to Rx Optical.We went back to Portage Rx Optical today and found that Joni was just as helpful as Jason! She adjusted our glasses perfectly and was pleasant and professional. What a great team in this store ?
