The optometrist, Dr. Parker, is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent care, utilizing updated technology that impresses customers. While the costs may be higher for those without insurance, many find the quality of services, such as bifocal and transition lenses, worth it. Customers appreciate the free adjustments and cleaning, competitive pricing, and the friendly nature of the team. Although there may be wait times for walk-ins, the overall experience remains positive, with families returning for years, enjoying their visits, and recommending the store to others.
An absolute Elle-ite experience at RX Optical. Elle confidently showed me frames, screens, and tiny details while I repeatedly reminded her that I couldn’t actually see any of it yet because, fun twist, I was there to fix my eyesight. Instead of missing a beat, she turned my temporary blindness into witty banter and delivered flawless customer service the entire time.
I couldn’t see the frames, but I could clearly see Elle knew exactly what she was doing. Even fresh off a wisdom-teeth extraction, her customer service was still sharper than my vision. I didn’t even pick my glasses that day (I intentionally waited to come back just so I could work with her again).
10/10 service. 20/20 results pending….
Management: if good reviews earn lunch, this one should cover appetizers, the entrée, and dessert. RX Optical—never let her leave… except when her shift is over or it’s her day off!
I live out of town and yet still will always come here to get my eye exam and glasses I’ve always had a great experience here. Lisa is very friendly and helpful with everything we needed at our visit.
