I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done by Stacy, and very pleased with the outcome! She was able to work with my schedule, and get me in promptly. Her office is very clean, nice atmosphere, relaxing music. Stacy is gentle, pain while tattooing was minimal. I highly recommend New You Permanent Cosmetics if you’re looking for an excellent service!
