After saving for a year I was SO nervous about choosing just the right carpet. I read a lot on line and shopped home depot and Lowes but service and explanations were poor. And the idea of contracted installers was scary. I stopped by Migala but really thought it would be out of my price range. Kristen was so helpful, really listened and answered all my questions... and with their sale it ended up cheaper than Lowes’ top level and of much better quality. It was amazing how she knew which carpets to show me. Expecting to have to spend a lot of time looking thru samples, I was surprised to find the PERFECT one after maybe four sample boards! Kristen just made it painless!! I left the store that day with such peace of mind - absolutely no more worrying about choices and quality. Also, their installers are employees - no subcontractors. Ray and Steve did a fabulous job! They worked efficiently and quietly, pointed out a few minor issues but knew how to solve them, kept everything cleaned up, and moved the heavy stuff out of the room and back in when done. They were just superb. So heres a tip from a nervous nellie: dont stress out about buying carpet! Dont waste time shopping around and get frazzled nerves: go directly to Migala on Shaver and see Kristen! Youll be so glad you did!!
Service provided and quality of materials.
The sales people that we worked with were understanding of our situation, and were willing to accomodate our schedule. Ray and Steve, the installers, did an excellent job of installing and only had one minor scuff mark on our fresh painted walls. The pricing was over $500 less than a similiar quote from a national dealer, and the quality of the carpet is just what we wanted. Thank you for a job well done.
