I stopped at the shop recently for the first time and needed a couple of vehicle keys made. Also had a lock box secured with cable under the back seat secured with a cable that I had lost the key for.
The locksmith came out to the vehicle and promptly picked the lock so I could retrieve the contents. In this situation I was advised that making a new key with no information on the lock would likely cost more than replacing the lock box. I paid for the keys but was told opening the lock box was on them! Hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere these days. Thanks for everything. I really appreciate your service and extremely fair pricing.

Great service and price for cutting and programming 2 replacement keys/fobs for my car. I gave up on the car dealership who after 6 months, said they still couldn't acquire my key. These guys not only got the keys/fobs quickly but got me in and did the job within a week.

Back in my day we used to have friendly neighborhood Locksmiths that knew their trade and could copy any key for a reasonable price. Can't believe that such a place still exists. Better than kiosks for sure. Thanks Michigan Security & Lock!
