I reached out to Lake Michigan Process Servers for assistance with serving papers for a PPO. I've never had papers served before as I'm young. The court had given me a list of inviduals to call for service. I wasn't really pleased with the companies on the list as they told me that they "didn't serve papers anymore," "it's not a regular practice they do," or they never responded. So, I called them, asked them about the process, and how much it would cost. They answered all of my questions, were professional, and treated me with respect. I had paid the fee and sent them the papers. Within a day the papers were served and I was communicated on what next steps looked like.
