Love this shop, super professional and prompt. I just had a scratched lens replaced and it took maybe five minutes. I had a warranty I didn't even know about so it cost me a whole $18.

My three elementary-age kids and I have used Kalamazoo Optometry for our eyes for over 5 years, and I think they are fantastic! All of the staff is professional, friendly, kind, reasonable prices. Both doctors work very well with the kids. The new building is beautiful. My daughter is able to find multiple glasses she really likes. They repair/adjust glasses as many times as needed (great for kids wearing them everyday). They also partnered seamlessly (referral, shared medical records, adjusted unexpected credit) with Specialty Eye Institute when I had PRK procedure a year ago. I am very happy with this business, and I hope they stay in the area for many years!

The new office is great. The staff is always friendly. Have been a patient of this office for over 50 years. My husband is now a patient here as well. We refer to the office whenever the opportunity presents itself.
