I love both Drs! They are both very caring and kind. Very friendly staff. I just had an eye issue and Dr Sutter was wonderful! They got me right in and she resolved my issue. She never makes me feel rushed. Would highly recommend Kalamazoo Optometry.

Great staff! I love working with Dr. Sutter. She’s patient and kind and very thorough. Her staff is great too and I enjoy the folx willing to let me try on three dozen pairs of glasses before choosing one. Great service!

I had an urgent need before I left the area for two weeks. I was scheduled the very next day! I never felt squeezed in and the Doctor never made me feel rushed. It was an experience all too rare in the post-Covid era of healthcare.
