Allen was prompt, courteous, friendly and tackled the job immediately. He explained why and what he was doing and showed me how to operate the water heater as well as safety and energy conservation tips. He tested everything to make sure all was well, reminded me of the warranty and left his number. My dog thought he was great too so that is a big positive. Would definitely recommend.
