On a Christmas Eve morn we heard noises in the attic and later saw a critter running around in our bedroom as we awakened. Thinking we would not be able to get anyone out to check on this on a Christmas Eve morn, we made a phone call to this business as it was close to us. Not only did he come out but was there in 30 minutes since we believed the animal to be in the house. From the moment of arrival it was obvious he knew what he was doing, evaluated the attic and surroundings and made decision we had flying squirrels.
