“Jeff and his crew are awesome! They show up and get the job done. They built us a large attached garage over winter. There were a couple of “bumps in the road” like being told last-minute we needed to buy all of the outdoor lights and locks. It’s wasnt a problem, but maybe a more clear contract with a section on what is expected of the homeowner would help. They did completely wipe out a shrub that could have been easily avoided with more care. We do have to replace wood, drywall and paint in our master bedroom due to a mistake with their roofing process. It was a mishap with their tarp placement mixed with bad weather. I Would still definitely recommend Estate of Mind builders. At the end of the day, the build was fast and accurate to what was discussed and contracted etc. it’s good work. We are very happy with our new space!“
