Union Properties Construction

Union took on our total remodel project, all 8000 sq ft. of it, start to finish and we could not be more pleased with the results. We have the space we wanted, finished to perfection. They were in contact with us for the whole project, always checking in on the results and our thoughts. Every part of the project is exactly what we were hoping for.

We had a hot water pipe burst and ended up completely demoing the inside of the house down to the studs. We hired the crew at Union Properties, which was the best decision we made. Owner Brett was able to redesign the deck so we could have it cantilevered. The best part of our experience was working with the foreman Aaron. He is so meticulous everything turned out perfect. During our final walk through he was the one pointing out areas that needed touched up, I told him that didn't bother me but he said it bothered him. Every worker I talked with was polite and helpful. Completed work looks great. I would use them again. They cleaned up everything and left my property looking great. They worked with me on changes I wanted throughout the process without issue. Great bunch of people.
