John, the owner, is one of the most genuine contractors I’ve had at my house to do work. He quoted us for hydro seeding for our new build and not only was the price lower than expected, but the work he did is amazing. John showed up on time, he’s very knowledgeable, and follows-thru with telling you that he will be there. Very few people in the area do this and John is one of them. 100% absolutely the best in St. Clair county! Owner is awesome, easy to work with, professional, and hilarious. I am a disabled veteran and he took that into consideration and gave me a very nice discount, which is unheard of from most companies around here. He gave me a price that I could not believe was as low as it was, compared to the other two quotes I gotten from other companies. Their crew came today and had my entire yard graded/hydroseeded in a couple hours. Done right, respected my property, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all of my questions.
