Nothing like spending 6 hours listening to the staff sitting around laughing about non medically topics in a ungodly uncomfortable chair, waiting an hour for someone to respond to my wife who needed to use the restroom. I helped her myself when she is an assist, where is my money for doing their job???
beyond racists!!!! they call security on black people for no reason at all!!! this hospital is stuck in the past and clearly needs a update they are beyond unprofessional and to be very specific and give names!! taylor & jessica are cna's and work 3rd floor mostly the evening shift! taylor has black hair always out of dress code always on facetime and sitting at the nurses station not attending to patients!!! call lights just going off patients waiting for help & then there is jessica ... jessica likes to sit at the main nurses station and gossip thats her thing she doesn't move but she sure knows everyones business & nurse gloria aka miss victim the lady who likes to use clean rooms that's for patients and use it as her own personal bathroom then she likes to act slow like she doesn't understand it's wrong and then plays victim! i've never been to a hospital were they allow nurses and cna's to go into a clean room and use the patients bathrooms! they also like to call security on black people if they feel they raised their voice a little! scary if u ask me!!! this hospital is beyond nasty they have employees who can barely do their job but somehow still have a job sounds like favoritism to me! i would not recommend going to this hospital for anything!! nurses go in and out of covid rooms with no ppe not even washing their hands after! it's disgusting! dont ever go here if u want the proper care!!
Previous new employee and tried to meet with my nursing manager one-on-one to discuss my schedule. Never happened. Contacted DS, HR Director for assistance. I was there less than 3 weeks, in training, and DS called a meeting with nursing manager and myself. I was let go. DS stated I lied to her and the nursing manager and I did meet. The nursing manager told her we met but I didn't have a one on one meeting with her. She came down the thin it and introduced herself for 5 minutes in front of my coworkers and proceeded to tell everyone the health of her husband. I don't consider that a one on one meeting. In my 35 years in the medical field, I've never been treated like this. Recently re-applied for a position with this hospital, stated on the application I was a previous employee, but did not have the previous job noted on my resume because I was only there 3 weeks. Was offered the position by HR, DS sent me 2 certified letters and stated I did not disclosure my employment history and rescinded the offer. She is awful. I will not pursue any careers at this hospital further. I do not want to work for this hospital if this is how administration treats their employees. Also, will not go to this hospital for treatment or will my family members.
