I went somewhere else first it took weeks for them to simply tell me that they couldn't(or wouldn't) repair the problem(a broken cooling fan). As soon as I finally got it back from the other guy, I took my old gaming laptop to Binary instead, it was a night and day difference! Kiel was very professional, honest, and communicative. Part of my laptop's outer casing was broken off, leaving it unable to charge. It was repaired perfectly in a timely manner and Kiel was lovely to interact with! I will be going back to him if I have any more issues.

He was able to identify the problem and fix my daughters computer the same day. Kind and knowledgeable very has very fair prices, I am so thankful as I am not a tech person, and he knew exactly what to do! Now I have a local computer repair person! 100% recommend-
