Watch out for these barbers Sauve and Rich I thought they were professional but they have personal issues with one star reviews they drag customers into their beef and do not handle constructive criticism well instead of being professional and keeping their feelings in check they decided to make us feel unwelcomed will not be going back and I suggest to anyone else if you are honest and dissatisfied and leave a one star review consider what I have said here before you do reviews can change walmart gets bad reviews I don't see them respond to things the way these two men have decided to be careful.

So, the new thing for barbers now days is to set appointments through various apps. One would think the entire purpose of this app is to eliminate over lapping of appointments or decrease the wait time. This isn't the case at all. My son had an appointment today at 12:10pm 7/16/2020 (on his birthday), we arrived at 12pm and now at 12:47 my child still has not been serviced yet. You pay for your service before you arrive, thankfully u still have time to make changes or I would have been highly pissed about a tip that wasn't deserved at all. What's the purpose of the app and setting appointments if my son has to wait in a shop full of people anyway?
