“McLeod Carpet to the rescue! We had a basement flood after the big ice storm and McLeod saved the day and our carpet. They were at our house immediately to assess the damage and rip out the soaked pads. Luckily our pads (that McLeod previously installed) soaked up the water and we only had to replace those, not the carpet. New padding was replaced the next day. “I had these guys refinish my whole house.We changed the color from medium brown to Jacobean.They used dustless sanding and my house remain relatively clean. The Jacobean stain they recommended turned out great.They also use high grade waterborne finish very a fasy drying time and low odor,making the job go quicker,and we didn't have to stay in a motel. Drainage/gutter problems on the porch roof had eroded the brick and mortar on the front and side of the porch, as well as the steps and sidewalks, leading to water in our basement and hazardous conditions for anyone entering our home. Ben and Jacob helped us realize our vision for a new porch and sidewalk. Each of the contracters who came out to do work were quick and professional. There were some manufacturing delays with the porch railings, but that was well communicated. Once the railings did come in, there were some errors/miscommunications on what we had wanted vs. what was ordered/installed, but again, it was quickly remedied.
